October happenings

This month has been crazy busy for the Lloyd Pack. We have done so much that I couldn't possibly write it all down so here's a ton of pics to catalog our activities!!

We started with a weekend in San Diego that my in-laws treated us to. It was actually the last weekend in Sept but whatever...
 We started at the zoo

The kids got ahold of my camera at the hotel

Sea World was next
It's nice to have a kid old enough now that can take pics of us

They had this weird under the sea pumpkin patch the kids really liked

Touching the sea stars. Gotta love the panda hats we got at the zoo because it was like 110 degrees that weekend
Lilly talked me into going on this water rollercoaster with her. We are in the back row and we got soaked

Then Heidi had Mud Day at school.

And of course Loralee joined right in

She found a "treasure" buried in the mud

Heidi turned 4 on Oct 16th

And Lilly turned 7 on Oct 17th

Lilly had her first "friends only" party for her 7th birthday at Boomer's. (Although she had to bring her brother).
Can I just say how much I adore the fact that my kids almost always hold hands in pictures and when they walk together? I love love love this and will be so sad when this ends.
All her friends!

Mini golf

My baby sis and my mom came along to help (plus a few parents)
Lilly and her two BFF's since preschool (plus her brother and Kai's little sis)

Then we had our annual October visit to Disneyland

We tried a few group shots...

Heidi would have nothing to do with any of the characters. She's off to side freaking out while Nana holds her.
Loralee on the other hand was fascinated with the inside of Pluto's mouth. She wouldn't turn around so I could take her pic.
Oh Lord his first time driving!
Lilly behind the wheel with Daddy

Thank goodness my parents went with us this year and were awesome enough to take the little girls home in the afternoon. Michael and I were able to take the older two on all the bigger attractions.

Then Lilly and Bobby had the Olympics at their school

And then we had our family over to celebrate the girls birthdays. It was a Mike Wazowski/Unicorn party (because if you have to share your birthday with your sister you still get to each pick out what theme you want for the party).

Heidi's cake
All cakes are made special by Nana for every birthday)
Lilly's cake
Guests cake

And of course unicorns live over the rainbow so of course the inside of the guest cake had to be rainbow

Lilly's Godmother Auntie Caroline was visiting too!

Then the Lloyd's ventured on the a plethora of Halloween parties..
This one is at my dad and brother's work (Captain America is my nephew)
And that mysterious pirate is my dad

And last but not least was a trip to the pumpkin patch

The End to the longest post ever :)
