Studio pics~ Bobby 4 years old and Loralee 9 months

So I took Bobby and Loralee for studio pics today. Bobby had his 4th birthday pics done and Loralee her 9 month ones. Normally Bobby is a pain about it and Loralee is super easy. But today they switched roles and Bobby was super easy and the baby didn't want anything to do with having her pics done. Oh well I did the best I could and got the best shots I could of both of them. Someday we will look back and laugh about how hard it was to take pics of the kids when they were little. I do wonder if someday they will all be happy and smiling in their pics together. Maybe in high school?
My one and only little boy

This one is my fav

He looks exactly like Michael here. The way he's standing with his hands in his pocket and the smile are the same. I love it!

We did some with silly faces. He really enjoyed that.

And now here's our little redheaded princess who did NOT want her pics taken today
Not enjoying this at all

This one is actually my fav of her

As well as this one
I actually had to hold her in a few of them

"I hate you guys!"

Robert Kenneth is 4 :)

My little boy is 4! How did this happen? Our one and only boy is growing up so fast. Bobby is such a funny kid. He loves playing with cars, computers, and recently has gotten into pirates. He's also about a half an inch shorter than his 5 year old big sister. It won't be long before he passes her up in height and clothes size (he passed her up in shoe size a long time ago). Bobby also loves to read and write. Maybe he will be the kid that makes us millions someday!

Yesterday we had a pirate party for Bobby. We encouraged all our guests to dress as pirates and were extremely happy about how many people actually did. It was a great party with the usual pinata and bounce house. And no party would be complete without my mom making one of her amazing cakes to go with the theme. I think Bobby had the one of the best birthdays ever.
Bobby on his actual birthday on Thursday
The Lloyd Pack in our pirate gear. Bobby didn't want to do pics with his party just starting

This pic came out way better. I love this one of us.
Trying to get the kids to say "Argh!" but only Bobby and Lilly participated
Pirate Heidi
My parents totally got into it too.
And Uncle Jeremy really went all out too and even wore some fake gross teeth. Jer and Lilly are checking out the treasure map
Pirate Bobby
Kat and I
Tried to get a shot of Loralee's costume. Her onesie said "Argh! Wipe me Booty!"
My nephew Barrett and Heidi had the exact same pirate costume. Super cute!
These two matching pirates are saying "Arrrrhhh" while swinging
Bobby in his castle bounce house

My pirate grandparents!
Cannot get enough of his mustache which he let me draw on him (Lilly let me draw one on her too)
My sister and I
Pinata's are soooo expensive! So my mom, Kat, and I decided to make our own pirate treasure chest. It really wasn't that hard and I think it came out pretty cool.
My cousin Cami, Aunt Katie, and grandma all decked out (I love how casual they are with guns in their belts!)
The pinata held up really well with the kids whacking it. It stayed together so well that the teenagers at the party had to break it open for the kids.
Lilly getting her turn
Present time
I love my moms cakes! She made 2 treasure chests and a pirate skull complete with jewels, coins, and an X marking the spot
Time to sing!
The bounce house isn't really Heidi's thing but she actually was willing to go in with my mom after everyone had left. And she discovered that she loves it! As long as there aren't a bunch of people in it.
My parents hanging with the girls after the party (notice my brother peeking in at the back)
THE END!

Loralee Catherins is 9 months old!

Loralee Catherine is 9 months old! I just can't believe it. I know I say that a lot but I'm really having a hard time with how fast she is growing. I want to savor every last minute of this baby time with her and it's going too quickly. She is already standing up on her own and today she cut her first tooth (although she is way later with teething than the other 3). It will be interesting to see how much Loralee has grown at her well-baby appointment next week. She is such a joy and really the most mild mannered and sweet baby. I think she rounds out our family perfectly and I love that our last baby is super easygoing and calm.
Waiting to get into the tub with the gang
She's been constantly sticking out her tongue rubbing that new tooth through
 Standing standing standing!
Doesn't always want to go in the exersaucer but loves to stand next to it

Loves watching the rest of the Lloyd Pack play outside. She will be running around out there with them soon enough.

Always smiling
Trying the swing at the park

My sister bought Lilly and Bobby ticks to see Toy Story on Ice. We took the kids Sunday. Lilly absolutely loved it and can't wait for the next Disney Ice show to come to town. Bobby really enjoyed it too but fell asleep halfway through the show. Oh well we tried! Although when he talks about seeing the show he doesn't remember falling asleep at all. I will definitely take Lilly again but might wait until Bobby is a little older before taking him to see a show like that again.
