Our Lil' Slugger

Lilly has just started playing softball for the first time. The name of her team is the Thunder Bunnies and yes the girls came up with that name all on their own. I played when I was a kid and then again later in a Disney league when I worked at Disneyland. I thought she would really like it and since her BFF Sofia was playing we figured she should give it a try. Of course the girls are on the same team. So far it's been a blast. Lilly is super great at hitting the ball and also great at throwing. Catching not so much, but that's a tough skill to master being only five years old and wearing a huge old glove on your hand. But honestly I think her favorite part is wearing the uniform, bunny socks that go past her knees, and  the hairbow.

Gotta love the pink bunny socks.

Each girl got to pick a nickname for the back of her shirt. Lilly's says "Silly Lilly" of course.

Loralee ~ 10 months old

Loralee turned 10 months old on Fri. Just 2 more months until her first birthday! I've already started thinking of some ideas for her party since I know these next 2 months will fly by. She's still a super sweet baby and such a joy. She finally got a second tooth so now has two teeth on the bottom. Her favorite thing still is pulling herself up to things and stand . And she adores her siblings whom she follows around like a puppy dog. The kids are really good with her and play with her a lot too.

Her eye color is still changing. She has sorta of greenish gray eyes. Totally different from the other kids.

Loves to swing! And I was trying to get a shot of those new teeth!

The kids fed her broccoli. She seemed to like it!

Loves to put things to her ear and talk. Anything can be a phone!

She looks so content here

My friend Beth came over with her 5 month old daughter Hannah. We are hoping these two will become great friends as they grow up. :)
