Summer's Winding Down

It's hard to believe that summer is just about over. School starts up for us again in two weeks. Lilly will be starting her second year of pre-school and Bobby will be starting his first year. They will be going to school Mon, Wed, and Fri's for 3 hours in the morning. I'm looking forward to having some quality time with Heidi for those few hours. It will be interesting just having one baby at home right now.

We have also been super lucky with the weather this summer. I am more than happy it wasn't a really hot summer and that we've only had one or two really hot weeks. Now I'm hoping for an early Fall! I'm a little over 7 weeks along now in this final pregnancy and I feel just awful. When the weather is cooler I seem to feel better though. I don't want to wish away this last pregnancy but I have to say the first trimester has never been fun for me. I will be more than happy when I start the second trimester and get some of my energy back and don't feel like I'm going to be sick all the time.

Here are some silly pics from the last couple of days. We've been staying home a lot because I'm under the weather but the kids have actually been really good and don't seem to mind.

Hey if they want to spend hours playing in a box then that's fine with me! Who knew the jumbo box of baby wipes would provide such entertainment?

Wyoming Aug 2010

We had such a great time in Wyoming! The weather was beautiful, the kids had a blast with Nana, and we got to do some really fun stuff. Here are the best pics from the trip. :)

One of my favorite things about Wyoming is the sunsets. And this sunset just before a huge storm was just amazing.

Lilly was just so cute with the rasberry picking. She would pick them and stuff them in her mouth as quick as she could. She hardly put any in Nana's bucket!

                                                       We also visited an Alpaca farm!

 This is the pup that was guarding the farm. Really reminds me of the great pyrenees Michael and I used to have. :(
