Pumpkin Patch Visit

Every year since we've had Lilly in 2006 we've managed to make it to the pumpkin patch.We never buy our pumpkins there (waaaayyyy tooo expensive!) but we do get some great pictures. Each year it's usually a struggle to get them piled on the pumpkins, get them looking, AND smiling. But this year was our first year where it was a piece of cake. They're getting older and we're out of the baby phase (wow so weird to really say that) and everyone can manage taking pictures for the most part. It's like now that that Lilly is 8, Bobby is almost 7, Heidi is 5, and Loralee is 3.5, we've really turned a corner doing these annual activities. So enjoy these fall pics in our 78 degree So Cal fall.

I decided to do some individual pics too. As much as I adore group shots I really do need to work on more pics of each one of them.

I'm still in awe that Lilly is 8 years old. I am starting to see the adult she will become someday...

Believe it or not, Bobby's the hardest to photograph right now. He doesn't have much patience for it. Maybe it's an almost 7 thing? He's so intelligent too that sometimes it scares me.

Heidi's a doll, that's all there is too it. Everyone has a soft spot for this little kid.

Loralee's a firecracker but actually was very good about sitting still for pictures. Except towards the end she had to go potty of course.
