My little boy is 4! How did this happen? Our one and only boy is growing up so fast. Bobby is such a funny kid. He loves playing with cars, computers, and recently has gotten into pirates. He's also about a half an inch shorter than his 5 year old big sister. It won't be long before he passes her up in height and clothes size (he passed her up in shoe size a long time ago). Bobby also loves to read and write. Maybe he will be the kid that makes us millions someday!
Yesterday we had a pirate party for Bobby. We encouraged all our guests to dress as pirates and were extremely happy about how many people actually did. It was a great party with the usual pinata and bounce house. And no party would be complete without my mom making one of her amazing cakes to go with the theme. I think Bobby had the one of the best birthdays ever.

The Lloyd Pack in our pirate gear. Bobby didn't want to do pics with his party just starting
This pic came out way better. I love this one of us.
Trying to get the kids to say "Argh!" but only Bobby and Lilly participated
Pirate Heidi
My parents totally got into it too.
And Uncle Jeremy really went all out too and even wore some fake gross teeth. Jer and Lilly are checking out the treasure map

Kat and I
Tried to get a shot of Loralee's costume. Her onesie said "Argh! Wipe me Booty!"
My nephew Barrett and Heidi had the exact same pirate costume. Super cute!
These two matching pirates are saying "Arrrrhhh" while swinging
Bobby in his castle bounce house
My pirate grandparents!
Cannot get enough of his mustache which he let me draw on him (Lilly let me draw one on her too)
My sister and I
Pinata's are soooo expensive! So my mom, Kat, and I decided to make our own pirate treasure chest. It really wasn't that hard and I think it came out pretty cool.
My cousin Cami, Aunt Katie, and grandma all decked out (I love how casual they are with guns in their belts!)
The pinata held up really well with the kids whacking it. It stayed together so well that the teenagers at the party had to break it open for the kids.
Lilly getting her turn
Present time
I love my moms cakes! She made 2 treasure chests and a pirate skull complete with jewels, coins, and an X marking the spot
Time to sing!
The bounce house isn't really Heidi's thing but she actually was willing to go in with my mom after everyone had left. And she discovered that she loves it! As long as there aren't a bunch of people in it.
My parents hanging with the girls after the party (notice my brother peeking in at the back)
THE END!
