Heidi Jean's first Easter!

Yesterday was Heidi's first Easter. We got a slow start to the day because the kids actually slept in. Then they had to go through all the stuff the Easter bunny left in their baskets. Once we were all dressed up and ready to go we headed to Michael's grandmother's house in Balboa. The weather was beautiful! After that we headed to my grandparents house in Huntington Beach to celebrate with my family. It was a very fun and busy day. The kids are still exhausted today!

Heidi and my nephew Barrett (his first Easter too!)
My grandparents had an egg hunt for all the kids. Bobby wasn't too interested but Lilly sure was! Showing off all the eggs she found with my dad during the egg hunt.

Look how many I found!

Bobby got another basket from my parents

Lilly was thrilled when she found out the Easter bunny had been to Nana and Dat's too! Another basket to open!

Michael's grandma Norma, Michael, and the kids (this was at the end of our visit there and the kids did NOT want to take any more pics)

The kids found the rocks around great-grandma Norma's house really neat

Lilly loved waving at the passing boats

Bobby eating a lollypop.

Still working on that lollypop. It took him about half an hour to finish it.

Michael and I attempted to get pictures of the kids all dressed up for Easter. We took these just before we left the house to spend the day with our families. Here are our best shots!

Bobby's new racetrack from the bunny!

Once Lilly went thru everything in her basket and Heidi's it looked like a bomb went off in our living room!

The kids tore into everything the Easter bunny left!

Lilly dug right into her basket!

Look how neat and tidy everything was that the Easter bunny left for the kids. I took this pic before anyone was awake.
