Lilly's 4th birthday party

Yesterday we celebrated Lilly's 4th birthday. She actually turns 4 on Sun Oct. 17th but since my girls practically share a birthday (Heidi's 1st birthday is Sat the 16th!) we decided we needed to split up the two celebrations. Lilly's party was a Tinkerbell theme and we had two Tinkerbell cakes, all Tink decor and goody bags, and even a Tink bounce house. That was quite the hit with all the kids at the party and well worth the money. I don't think we saw any of the kids until it was time to eat cake! There are tons of pictures so enjoy!

My mom made this amazing Tinkerbell cake just for Lilly all by herself! I think it's a pretty amazing cake!

Heidi and Michael trying out the bounce house when it was delivered yesterday morning

Heidi was able to sneak in again during the party with my dad

Bouncing around! Notice my dad hanging out in there too lol!

Bobby getting his bounce on

Lilly's other cake for all the guests to share

Cake time!

Bobby got really into the cake! He just dove right in! There's no messing around when it comes to Bobby and cake.

Time for presents. Her 2 best friends Kai and Sofia helped her out.

She got a little overwhelmed and overheated at one point while opening presents. It's tough turning 4!

All tired out after opening her gifts.

We hit the bounce house again after the party was over to get the most out of it before it was picked up.

Check out my parents in the bounce house! They loved it and my kids loved having them jump in there.

Lilly's friend Sofia gave her a Tinkerbell outfit. Of course she plans on wearing it every single day!

Disneyland!

We spent most of today at Disneyland with the kids. We got there nice and early and were able to get on a bunch of rides before the park got really busy. Thankfully the weather was really cool in the morning and not too hot this afternoon. The kids pooped out by 2pm though so we had to head home. Depending on how much they rest, we may go back for the evening. Michael was able to take Bobby on Gadget's Go Coaster for the first time and he really loved it. Also, Michael took Lilly on Splash Mountain and the Matterhorn for the first time. She LOVED them! We had to buy the Splash Mountain pic because the look on Lilly's face is priceless. :)

She screamed the whole way down! Looks like Michael did too!

Um yeah, Michael gave Heidi an oreo cookie. Not sure how much she actually ate compared to how much is on her face.

So this was the best we could do with all three sitting amongst the honey pots near the Winnie the Pooh ride

Heidi was all about smiling for us once she was by herself. She's turning one in two weeks!

In two weeks Lilly will be 4!

Bobby and Michael on Gadget's Go Coaster. He LOVED it!

Here's my 12.5 week pic. Feeling better and not throwing up every single day which is so nice!

Pre-school Mud Day!

Today Lilly and Bobby had Mud Day at school. It's basically where the kids come in their bathing suits and get completely filthy and muddy in the play yard. There's a bunch of muddy pools and the teachers use hoses on the slides so the kids think they are going on water slides. This was one of Lilly's favorite school days last year and I think it's been Bobby's favorite school activity so far. They had a blast and had to come home and get directly in the bath tub. I took as many pics as I could before the battery went dead on my camera. Enjoy!

This is the "Before" shots when we got to school

Had to throw in a pic of Heidi :)

All ready to head down the slide

Love this action shot with the water spraying

Bobby was ALL about getting muddy!

Couldn't really get him to pose for pics though...

Lilly didn't have a  lot of time to stop and pose either but I tried.

A quick pic of Lilly with one of her best friends, Sofia

Getting sprayed pretty good by one of the teachers

Getting hosed down as well

What to get into next?

Loved going down the water slide!
